At Bingley Fencing and Timber, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timber and garden supplies. If your order isn't quite right, you can return items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, merchantable condition.

Return Process

  Email or call our customer service department with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to initiate the process.

  Prepare the Timber

  Ensure all fencing panels, posts, or timber products are securely stacked and protected from the elements to prevent damage during transit.

  Arrange Collection or Drop-off

  Choose to return the items directly to our yard or schedule a professional collection, noting that haulage fees may apply for bulky garden materials.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our yard team inspects the returned goods for quality, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
